Sprunki 1996 gives the music-mixing format a retro computer aesthetic. Pixelated artwork, video distortion and electronic loops evoke a fictional older application. The number in the title describes its theme; it does not mean the game was released in 1996.

1. Wait for the project to load and use its start control if shown.
2. Use the mouse to drag a sound icon onto an available character.
3. Add sounds one at a time and listen to each loop before changing the mix.
4. Use the controls shown inside this version to remove or reset sounds. Refreshing the player restarts the session.

Begin with a repeating drum loop, then add one synth part. Remove a layer when the arrangement becomes crowded and compare the result.

If the player stays blank, try Reload game or Open game in new tab. Click inside the game to enable sound and check whether the browser tab is muted. A desktop mouse is useful for dragging; touch support depends on the embedded version.
